18" Shark Trencher
The 18" Shark Trencher is a walk-behind machine designed to dig narrow trenches quickly and efficiently for residential and light commercial projects.
Common Uses:
Sprinkler systems
Electrical & landscape lighting lines
Water and gas lines (where permitted)
Drain tile and utility installs
Features:
18" max digging depth
4" trench width
Gas-powered, walk-behind design
Heavy-duty Shark chain for soil cutting
Basic Operation:
1. Call 811 before digging.
2. Start engine and allow to warm-up.
3. Lower digging bar slowly into soil.
4. Walk backward at a steady pace.
5. Lift chain out before stopping or turning.
Safety Notes:
1. Wear gloves, boots, eye & hearing protection.
2. Keep clear of moving chain.
3. Avoid rocky soil and buried utilities.
