Refund policy

We will gladly accept returned merchandise (except for the items listed below) in exchange for store credit or a full refund with a receipt. Merchandise must be returned unopened and/or unused within 30 days of purchase.

Power Equipment – No Returns on Power Equipment. Warranties will be addressed based on the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

Shop Labor – Small engine repair service is guaranteed for 30 days.

Special Ordered Items & Parts – Special order items are not returnable. In certain cases, we can return a special-order small engine part to the manufacturer, and it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
